You now have the opportunity to participate in the survey without internet.
You can print the following file at home and take it to the dive site. Here it is important to fill out the form immediately before and after the dive. Again, the time window of a maximum of 10 minutes BEFORE and AFTER diving must be respected. Since I can not control it, I ask you to do this carefully and thoroughly.
After the questions are answered and you are back online, you can use the QR code for the online survey and confirm your details. You will get a few extra questions compared to the online survey. Please also answer those accordingly.
